Jayson finished his Summer semester on July 16th at noon, so we loaded up the Honda and drove all 13+ hours to Utah. We were there for 3 1/2 weeks! First, we went to Richfield to visit my grandparents and so Jen and I can do our annual choreography for the best 2A school in Utah (South Sevier), then we were in Provo for a Cline family reunion (themed To Eternity and Beyond... all about families), after that we had a week of no plans, which was glorious so we could visit friends, hang out at the pool, sleep in, etc.
We later headed to Eden with Jayson's family for a weekend of boating, eating and fun. Jayson also completed the Ulcer bike ride (race?) which is 111 miles of cycling around Utah Lake! His total riding time was just under 6 hours. I am so proud of him! He rode with his friend Andy, my dad, brother, sister, brother-in-law and two uncles, it was quite the team and I hope to join them next year.
While in Utah Savannah succumbed to peer pressure and is now walking all over the place! Nothing like a little cousin motivation, right? She also mastered the words; "football", "nana", "moo", "wuff wuff", and "purple". She grew up so much on our trip and I can't believe she is already 1! (a later post)
Towards the end of our Utah stay we convinced my two younger brothers to drive back with us to Nebraska to visit for a few days before they started school. Savannah quite liked having her uncles in the back seat with her.

HOW FUN! Love all the pics. I can't believe how big Savannah and Jen's kids are getting! Seriously - for my nieces and nephews the cousin motivation has helped with walking, talking and EATING. Nothing like family time. SO jealous! Love you and miss you! I'll call you soon! XOXO
What a fun trip! We miss you already! We had a cute little girl in our ward babysit the girls the other night and her name is Savannah. When we told the girls that Savannah was coming to play with them they were both so excited! Serelle kept yelling "nana" (which is her name for Savannah) and although she was a darling babysitter, they were both sorely disappointed that it wasn't their baby Vannah!
Three weeks and counting till they get to come play!!!
PS. don't tell any of your sister in laws, but you definitely chose the most handsome Clark brother!
Oh, good old Country Corner Condos! Those were such fun days! The best!
I'm so glad we got to see you guys during your trip to Utah :)
